a softer retort

All actions they echo with certain import either with a loud or a softer retort. We know not the reach of the ripples they cause or if they merge split compound or ever pause or if they exist as faiths often do claim and if they’ve the power to heal or to maim. Energy is eternal it cannot abate it radiates outward through through cloth bone and cell and passes then onward through Earth’s very core then on to such reaches we’ve not reached before. Each thought thought and each gesture made into the great webbing around us is played not mute but eternal not weighty but pure yet of its import one can never be sure. Therefore feed not demons but witness them when they crawl from the depths of the ego’s own den to feast on the sadness and feast on the pain - pull back then and give those foul creatures not patience nor ground but witness them fully from crown back to base until their dark power doth slowly abate.
